Shipping to the United Kingdom usually takes 1-2 working days by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service (£7).

Shipping to Europe usually takes 2-10 working days

Economy tracked (£20)

Please allow processing time 1-2 working days.

ALL PARCELS DELIVERED OUTSIDE THE UK MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES. THESE CHARGES ARE TO BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT.

 

 

Returns

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Kimiko Huntley purchase, however if you change your mind for whatever reason you may return any unwanted items to us within 14 days from receipt of goods. Any returned items must be sent back to the returns address provided at your own cost in their original condition, with the original tags attached. Items will be inspected upon arrival and returned to the sender if they do not meet these requirements. For your protection, we recommend that any goods returned to us can be tracked and are insured to their full value. In case of dispute please obtain proof of delivery.

Kimiko Huntley does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

We will process your return and issue a refund within 7 days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that it may take several days before the money shows in your account, the processing time for refunds depends solely on your bank’s policies.
